Mixed directly into a low tumbler, decorate with orange peel

– 3 cl Bulldog London Dry Gin,
– 3 cl Aperol
– 2 cl Nocino Il Mallo
– 1 Orange peel

Shake all the ingredients and serve in a cocktail glass decorating with edible flowers

– 4 cl Sassolino Il Mallo
– 2 cl Bull Dog London Dry Gin,
– 4 cl Yellow Grapefruit juice

Mix the ingredients with the throwing technique and serve in a cocktail glass and decorate with orange peel

– 3 cl Bargnolino Il Mallo
– 3 cl Johnnie Walker Red Rye
– 1 cl Cinzano 1757 Red
– 3 cl Orange Juice

Pour all the ingredients in a shaker, mix with an immersion blender, add the ice and shake, strain the ice, blend with the blender and serve in a gobblet, decorating with a pink grapefruit peel
